1. Delivery Guide for Order Products
We normally post only orders that have been confirmed to deposit before shipping the product, and please make sure to deposit under the name of the company.
In principle, individual contact is made when unshipped products occur due to concentration of specific product orders, but if it is difficult to contact them on the same day, we will process the advance reserve.
You can check the non-shipment of the ordered product on the My Page at the top of the site.

2. Order closing and shipping information Delivery period takes 2 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

3. Check the delivery after ordering Click the My Page order number at the top to see more details and delivery status.

4. Return or Exchange Product defects and our damaged delivery exchanges must be received within D+3 days of receipt of the product. Products received after D+3 days may not be able to be exchanged normally. Product exchange is not possible due to a simple change of mind.
