New Asia, selected "2024 Excellence in Environmental Technology Development"

On the afternoon of October 4, the Korea Institute of Environmental Industry and Technology selected and unveiled "2024 Excellence in Environmental Technology Development" at the auditorium of the Institute of Technology in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul. The 20 best performances in 2024 were selected after expert evaluation and public thought vote on the research results of the Ministry of Environment's environmental technology development project created last year. The 20 selections are technologies that contribute to resolving environmental issues and improving the living environment of the people, and comprehensively evaluated and discovered economic effects, social influence, public perception, and policy contribution.
In response, New Asia was selected as an excellent performance in the field of environmental technology for the "development and demonstration of domestic technology advancement of green new technology-based, Daegu landscape welding-alternative seismic ring joints" through the Green Innovation Company Growth Support Program Project.

New 4th Generation Unwelded Sprinkler Method Launched that Can Be Constructed and Modified in Fire Extinguishing Pipes Using Tee Joints

Unweled the first generation, which takes a long time to wait for processing after ordering, the 4th generation non-welded sprinkler can be delivered smoothly due to the simplification of the factory process. In addition, mass production is possible, pipe LOSE is minimized, and it is suitable for seismic design. In addition, the production speed by laser drilling is much faster than other methods (improved 5 times compared to welding), which is advantageous for facility processes. There is no risk of internal corrosion caused by welding and shaft pipes and leakage due to poor welding.
The difficulty and risk of construction are reduced, so even non-skilled workers can be installed after simple training. When the piping line is changed, the continuity of construction is secured by hole drilling and groove processing at the site, enabling immediate response, and ensuring uniform quality by using an automatic groove machine. In addition, costs can be reduced by not inserting welding workers, fire monitors due to laser processing, no risk of on-site fire, and not installing a large amount of tools and consumables.

Grooved Joint Solution Revealed at 2022 International Green Ocean Plant Exhibition

New Asia participated in the 2022 International Green Offshore Plant Exhibition (GREEN & OFFSHORE KOREA 2022), which will be held in BEXCO, Busan, for three days from October 12 (Wednesday) to 14 (Friday) to introduce the home joint solution.
New Asia is currently a company that produces non-cost Grooved joints such as pipe and fitting manufacturing in Korea, and is competing with foreign products such as China with high quality competitiveness.
The Grooved joint solution presented in this exhibition is fast and can effectively block the impact because it is not welded. For this reason, non-welded home joints are sometimes used as seismic materials. In addition, non-welded Grooved joints can significantly reduce construction time and cost compared to welding methods by simply fastening bolts and nuts.
New Asia is developing and producing a new one-stop Grooved joint that has evolved the existing product.
The Grooved joint can be inserted into the pipe without disassembling and assembling bolts, nuts, and joint covers. Accordingly, the fastening time can be reduced to a fifth, greatly shortening the piping construction period. Source: AVING (https://kr.aving.net )

New Asia Joint selects 'Green Innovation Company selected by the Ministry of Environment' as a promising company for Green New Dea

The Ministry of Environment and the Ministry of Small and Medium Venture Business held a selection ceremony at the Seoul Press Center on the 3rd with 30 companies selected as "Green New Deal Promising Companies" in 2022.
This year's "Green New Deal Promising Companies" were selected in the fields of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Circulation Economy, and Renewable Energy, which will lead the future of the Republic of Korea, and 30 out of 223 companies that applied through written and presentation evaluations were finally selected through an average competition rate of 7.4:1.
At the ceremony, Kim Jung-gu, head of the climate and carbon policy office of the Ministry of Environment, and Cha Jung-hoon, head of the start-up venture innovation office of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, attended and awarded "Green New Deal Promising Company Selection and Copper Plate" to promising companies.
